Lance is the Director of San Diego School of Football. He was a founding member of ABCD Kicking (along with NFL'ers Evan Arapostathis, John Carney, Darren Bennett, and Brad Daluiso). ABCD currently operates as San Diego School of Football.

Lance learned the value of Special Teams versatility attending Mount Miguel High School, Grossmont College, and Western Michigan University. Recruited to WMU as a punter, and made into a snapper out of necessity, Lance earned D-I varsity letters both as a punter and snapper.

As well as being an Award-Winning classroom teacher, Lance is a Nationally-Acclaimed coach of the Kicking Game. Given the large number of SDS alumni playing in the NCAA and beyond, San Diego School of Football has earned the reputation of the Most Respected Name in the Kicking Game. When a college coach is looking for a specialist, they return to the program that has given them quality student-athletes over the years.

Since 1995, Lance has been coaching and supporting student-athletes, helping them reach their goals.
