Chris Sailer Chris Sailer has been putting together a National Competition each year for the past 3 years, allowing players from around the country to showcase their skills to college coaches. He was a High School All-American, where he set a national record for FGs in a season (22). He attended UCLA, where he was a 2-time consensus All-American as both place-kicker and punter, was an Academic All-American, winner of the NCAA post-graduate scholarship award and he currently holds a UCLA record for longest field goal (56 yards). He was also a finalist for the Lou Groza National Place-Kicker of The Year Award in 1997, and is a current member of the Lou Groza Collegiate National Place-Kicker of the Year Award voting committee.
After college, Chris signed with the San Francisco 49ers (1999), played 4 years in the Arena Football League (currently with the Arizona Rattlers). In 2001, he was the season record holder for longest field goal (59 yards). He ranks in the Arena Football League top 10 all-time in both FG and PAT percentage.
