Redshirted my freshman season at Arkansas, where I was No. 2 at punter on depth chart, behind a senior; transferred to Trinity University (San Antonio, Texas) for the fall 2009 season.

At the beginning of my senior year of high school, I had a 4.03 grade point average and ranked 48th (top 7 percent) among 673 classmates at Bowie High School, Austin, Texas. I'm taking pre-Advanced Placement and Advanced Placement courses, the most rigorous courses available to me. I have received the Board of Trustees� Trustee Award for outstanding academic performance, have advanced to regional science fair competition, and am a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society. I've also been elected class treasurer as a junior and as a senior.
